• Education:

  • Doctor of Chiropractic - Palmer College Of Chiropractic, Davenport, IA

  • Bachelor of Science - Health Promotion & Wellness; Minor in Spanish - UW-Stevens Point

• Areas of Special Interest:

  • Full spine + extremity adjustments

  • Sports chiropractic care (former sports chiropractic club president for Palmer)

  • Treatment of every day spine, joint and extremity injuries as well as sports-related injuries

  • Cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, deep trigger point release/massage, and sports rehab to keep you in the game

  • Acupuncture + dry needling available now with an on site DC certified in acupuncture - and coming soon from Dr. Grace!

• Personal Interests:

  • Former collegiate soccer player and now love playing in adult leagues locally

  • Youth girls soccer coach at Tonka United

  • I love walks with my miniature wiener dog, Binx

  • I enjoy running and have completed many half marathons + my first full this October at Twin Cities Marathon!
