This is able to be done via phone call or in person to answer any and all questions you may have about the care I provide before starting treatment. This can be booked online or via text/call/email.
How to Pay/Do I take insurance?
The short answer:
No, at Blooming Wellness Chiropractic, I do not take insurance and am not in network with insurance companies.
The long answer:
As a non-insurance based practice, this allows me to not be restricted by time limitations and give the best care that I can every single time.
I accept cash, credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA, and checks. You have the option to keep a card on file if you would like as well.
If you would like a Super Bill to submit to your insurance yourself, please let us know and we can get that to you via email.
