- Scar tissue myofascial work/post operative care
- Abdominal release techniques to promote relaxation and reduce core tension
- Treatment of every day spine, joint and extremity injuries as well as sports-related injuries
- Cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, deep trigger point release, and sports rehab to keep you in the game
- Attended and was school leader of the PFCS NFL Combine Chiropractic Seminar

Personal Interests:
- Former collegiate soccer player at UWSP and now love playing in adult leagues locally
- Youth girls soccer coach at Tonka United
- I love walks with my miniature wiener dog, Binx
- I enjoy running and have completed many half marathons + my first full this October at Twin Cities Marathon!
